YOUR TRUE FEMININE DESIGN

They built this world on a solar rhythm—a 24-hour loop of wake, grind, sleep, repeat. It works for men. Their hormones rise and fall daily. They peak in the morning, stabilize midday, crash at night. Every day, the same pattern.

But women?

Women are lunar.

You are built on a 28–32 day cycle. Your body, your brain, your emotions, your creativity—they move in seasons.

  • There are days you feel like spring—ready to bloom, build, speak, make love, shine.

  • Days you feel like winter—quiet, inward, needing stillness and softness.

  • Days you feel like summer—radiant, open, magnetic, full of life.

  • And days you feel like autumn—discerning, wild, clear-eyed, no-bullshit.

This isn’t moodiness. This isn’t unpredictability. It’s your nature. It’s design.

But the patriarchy taught you to fear it, to fear your own body. To call it “hormonal.” “Irrational.” “Too emotional.” They tried to flatten you into a man’s rhythm... and when you didn’t fit, they called it weakness, and you thought something was terribly wrong.

You are not weak.
You are cyclical.
You are powerful.
You are LUNAR.

And if you’ve gone through menopause, hear me now:

You haven’t lost the rhythm... you are the rhythm now. You don’t bleed it anymore because you embody it.

So stop judging your body. Stop fearing your flow. You are not a 24-hour machine.

You are the moon. And you rise in phases.

This is The Queen’s Path.
