The Wild Animal of the Woman
The Wild Animal of the Woman

Look at this image.
Half woman. Half wolf.
This isn’t metaphor.
This is TRUTH.
There’s a wolf inside every woman. And she’s been caged for so long, you forgot she was there. You were taught to be gentle. Sweet. Accommodating. Nice.
Small enough to fit. Quiet enough not to scare anyone.
But you can’t cage a wolf forever. Eventually, she breaks out.
And when she does? It’s VIOLENT.
Birth Is Violent
Let’s be clear:
Birth, real birth, is an act of violence. Your body tears. You bleed. You break open to bring life through. And yet we’re taught to call it “beautiful.” To smile through the contractions.
But here’s the truth:
You cannot become who you actually are without destroying who you’ve been pretending to be. And that destruction? It’s not clean.
The Wolf Doesn’t Apologize
The wolf in you doesn’t ask permission. She doesn’t shrink. She doesn’t perform niceness when she’s angry.
She growls. She bares her teeth. She protects what’s hers.
And when the world says she’s “too much”?
She doesn’t get smaller.
She gets bigger.
If you’re in the middle of something that feels violent right now: good.
That’s not evidence you’re broken. That’s evidence you’re being born.
The version of you who said yes when you meant no?
The woman who made herself small to keep the peace?
Let her die.
The wolf is coming. And she doesn’t fit in that cage anymore.
This Is Your Permission
You don’t need to be gentle.
You don’t need to apologize for taking up space, speaking truth, setting boundaries.
The wolf doesn’t apologize.
And neither should you.
Birth is violent.
And you’re being born.
So howl if you need to.
Bare your teeth.
Break the cage.
The wild animal woman is waking up.
And she’s done being tame.
