The Objectification of Women: I’m Done

Woman speaking passionately about female empowerment, objectification, misogyny, and reclaiming women's humanity and worth beyond physical appearance.

I’m so sick of this shit.

I was scrolling through social media the other day and saw a woman talking about how Brooke Shields “just doesn’t look very good anymore.” How she “hasn’t aged well.”

And it hit me—this is EVERYWHERE.

The objectification of women. The reduction of our worth to our sexual appeal, our size, our youth, our ability to please.

I saw a lesbian woman objectifying her own wife—posting a video of her in a bikini, showing her butt, saying, “Isn’t she so hot?”

As if her value was in her body, not her BEING. 🙄

I see men ogling women CONSTANTLY—mouths open, no control over their thoughts, like women are just pieces of meat for their consumption.

They brag about their sexual conquests like it makes them powerful. Like using a woman’s body is a TROPHY. 🤮

It’s repulsive. It’s dehumanizing. And it’s EVERYWHERE.

Women are used to sell EVERYTHING. Cars, beer, burgers.

Our bodies splayed out. Our sexuality commodified. Our humanity erased.

And the worst part?

We’ve internalized it SO DEEPLY that we objectify OURSELVES.

I saw a video of a girl with large breasts, wearing a tiny bikini, jumping up and down to make her boobs bounce.

I thought—if you’re doing that with your lover, AWESOME. Enjoy your body, your sensuality, your pleasure.

But why the hell are you posting that online?

What message are you sending?

You’re perpetuating your OWN objectification because it gives you attention.

And the attention you’re getting has nothing to do with who you are.

You’re reducing yourself to a collection of parts for others’ consumption.

And the worst part…

You don’t even REALIZE it.

Because patriarchy has conditioned us to believe that our worth IS our sexual desirability. In how we look and how we please.

I’m here to say NO MORE.

Women are not sex objects.

We are not commodities.

We are not THINGS.

We are DIVINE BEINGS.

We are WHOLE.

We are CREATORS.

Our bodies are not for your consumption.

They are SACRED GROUND.

Women are HOLY.

We are POWERFUL.

We are the portal through which LIFE ITSELF enters this world.

We are the conductors of source current.

Patriarchy KNOWS this.

That’s why it seeks to reduce us, to objectify us, to make us believe we’re nothing more than tits and ass.

Then we are controllable and they think they can do whatever they want to us.

A woman who knows her divinity?

Who knows her creative power?

Who values herself as more than a collection of sexually desirable parts?

That woman will BURN the fucking patriarchy to the ground.

So I’m done being polite.

I’m done tip-toeing around the “problematic” behavior of men and the internalized misogyny of women.

I’m calling this what it is:

THEFT of Women’s Humanity

ERASURE of the Divine

MISOGYNY Plain and Simple

WAKE THE FUCK UP!

And I’m not going to rest until every woman REMEMBERS her wholeness.

Until every man learns to honor women in their ENTIRETY.

Until we DISMANTLE this system of objectification and commodification COMPLETELY.

Because women are not objects.

We are the EMBODIMENT of the Source.

And it’s time the world remembers.
