BRING YOUR SEXY BUNS. YOUR OPEN HEARTS. YOUR EMPTY TUMMIES: A Rallying Cry for Connection

The Immoderate Woman’s Guide to Uncontrollable Living | Mama Tiff

I wept today.

But because I’m wide open.

Open to the grief of a world that’s starving for connection. Open to the fear that keeps hearts locked and lonely. Open to the ache of a humanity that’s forgotten how to feast on what truly feeds us.

I feel it all. Every. Fucking. Day.

The pain. The isolation. The hunger for something more.

It moves through me. It pounds in my veins. It spills from my eyes in tears that could flood this goddamn planet. I don’t drown in it. I don’t succumb to it, most of the time anyway.

I let it move me. I let it crack me open. I let it fuel my fire to change what’s sick.

Every week, I host a dinner party. I gather the souls I love. I give an invitation. A call to connection. A summoning of the sacred.

“Bring your sexy buns. Your open hearts. Your empty tummies.”

Because that, my loves… that is the recipe for realness. For nourishment. For the kind of soul-deep sustenance we’re all hungry for.

It’s not only about the food. It’s not just the conversation. It’s about showing up. Being seen. Feeding each other with our presence, our authenticity, our full-bodied fucking realness.

And in a world that’s terrified of what’s real… In a society that worships the superficial, the numb and numbing… This kind of connection, this kind of communion… it’s a revolution.

A reclamation. A resurrection of what we’ve lost.

But here’s the shadow side of the whole thing… it scares people. It triggers people. It brings out the critics and the condemners. The ones who cling to their fear like a fucking life raft.

I know because I faced one last night. A religious man. A finger-wagger. A shame-slinger.

He came for me. For my truth. For my refusal to dim my light, to quiet my roar, to shrink myself to fit his small-minded box of what’s acceptable to God.

And I smacked him down, Mama Tiff style. I stood my ground. I spoke my truth. I defended my realness like the treasure it is.

But then… then my tender heart… it whispered:

“Did I hurt him?”

I’m the lioness who roars… and the lamb who loves. I’m the QUEEN who rages… and the girl who gives a damn.

I care about the hearts I confront. I ache for the souls I shake awake.

Even as I invite them to rise. To remember. To feast on the realness they’ve forgotten.

I saw a woman today, on TikTok.

Celebrating her second divorce. Reveling in her solitude. Equating aloneness with peace. And at this point in the world, she wouldn’t be wrong would she?

My heart cracked for her.

Because I know, in my blood and my bones, that we are not meant to walk this path alone. But we’ve lost our way, my loves. We’ve forgotten how to nourish each other.

And so we starve.

We starve for intimacy. For authenticity. For the feast of fucking realness that’s our birthright.

Today I’m here to remind you to come back. Back to the table of truth. Back to the banquet of belonging. Back to the love that made you, that moves you, that feeds you as nothing else can.

So bring your sexy buns, your open hearts, your empty tummies.

Bring your grief and your gladness, your fear and your fierceness, your hunger and your hope.

Bring it all, my loves.

And let’s feast on the realness we came here for. Let’s remember how to nourish each other. How to see each other. How to be with each other.

Fully. Freely.

Unapologetically.

The table is set, babes.

And the world is waiting.

Waiting for the revolution of realness. The reclaiming of raw human connection.

The sacred homecoming of souls who are tired of starving.

So take your place.

Claim your seat.

And let us feast, my beloveds.

Until we’re all… Full.
