Stop Calling It “Love & Light” When It’s Really Fear of the Truth

The problem with spiritual bypassing is that it teaches people to soften reality before they’ve even had the courage to truly look at it.

People want flowery phrases:
“Love and light.”
“Everything happens for a reason.”
“Don’t focus on the negative.”

But you cannot heal what you refuse to honestly see.

Humanity has spent generations turning away from systems that harmed women, children, the feminine, and honestly men too. Because once you really look, you can’t unsee it.

You see the conditioning.
The silencing.
The control.
The violence.
The way people were taught to disconnect from themselves just to survive.

And every time we rush to minimize it or make it more comfortable to digest, we prolong the suffering.

That isn’t healing.
That’s avoidance dressed up as spirituality.

The feminine rising isn’t about hating men.
It’s about ending systems built on domination instead of connection.

Some of us are simply no longer willing to look away.
