A Sky Moment Worth Noticing
A Sky Moment Worth Noticing

A Late Start Leads to Something Unexpected
This morning I got a later start than usual. Normally I am up at 6 for our Mindset Reboot coaching call. I love that call because I get to work with incredible people doing real work in real time.
But today I didn’t leave the house until about 6:50.
As I walked back home I looked up and stopped. The sky was breathtaking. It was one of those moments that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and remember that there is more going on than just your to-do list.
A Shared Moment of Awe
Right by Immigration Market, a woman was walking toward me, head tilted up, staring at the same sky.
We both noticed it at the same time. As we passed each other there was a brief, unspoken acknowledgment. A shared moment of awe.
I said, “That is the most beautiful sky. Have you seen anything like it?”
She smiled, “It is beautiful. Absolutely stunning.”
"Two strangers connecting not through words or social media, not through agendas or schedules, but through something simple and real: beauty."
Small Moments, Big Reminders
Then we kept walking, each of us on our own path. But that moment stayed with me.
It reminded me:
There is order in the chaos
There is presence in the hurry
There is a bigger picture if we take the time to notice it
Moments like that are small but powerful proof that life is not just about grinding through the day. It is about showing up, noticing, and connecting with what is real.
Takeaway
That sky was stunning. That connection was priceless. And the reminder is clear:
"There is a whole lot more going on than we give ourselves credit for."
