Self-Touch, Female Power, and the Lie Patriarchal Systems Sold You…

Your body is a pleasure center. Not just your pu**y (though yes, absolutely your pu**y). Your ENTIRE body. Every inch of your skin is wired for sensation, for touch, for pleasure. You are a walking, breathing pleasure organ. And patriarchal systems have spent centuries convincing you that touching yourself is a sin.
Why?
Because a woman who knows her own body’s power doesn’t take shit from anyone.
Every time I say the word “masturbation,” almost every woman in the room cringes. We’ve been so deeply disconnected from our bodies because we were taught our bodies are evil and carnal and want to do bad things.
And why is an orgasm evil again? Good luck finding an answer on that one.
Then suddenly you’re expected to have sex with a man when HE wants it, and somehow you’re supposed to magically be free and know what you need.
I heard some dipshit on a podcast confess he never thinks about a woman’s climax — he just thinks about what he can get out of it. And he said it ONLINE. Idiot.
That fool’s gonna end up alone, whining to his mama that nobody wants him. Good!
Women are not playthings for someone else’s pleasure. We’re here to live in joy and pleasure, to CREATE and lead.
So what the fuck has been going on all this time?
Patriarchal systems call self-touch sinful.
I call it sovereignty.
I call it divine.
I call it necessary.
A woman who knows her body intimately? She doesn’t put up with ignorance. She doesn’t shrink. She doesn’t perform. She doesn’t beg for scraps. She knows her worth.
And THAT is what scares the fuck out of patriarchy.
Patriarchal systems didn’t demonize self-touch because it’s “impure.” They demonized it because a woman in her power is ungovernable.
Think about it.
If you can give yourself orgasms — if you make your own money, if you know your body, if you’re not afraid of your pleasure — what do you need a man for?
You don’t.
You actually get to choose for yourself whether you want to be with a man depending on how he treats you.
Not validation. Not pleasure. Not to “complete” you.
You’re already whole.
And a whole woman makes her own choices.
She doesn’t stay in dead marriages for “stability.” She doesn’t tolerate mediocre sex. She doesn’t perform “good girl” to earn love.
That’s terrifying to a system built on controlling women.
So they said:
“Touching yourself is sinful.”
“Your body is shameful.”
“Pleasure outside marriage is WRONG.”
All to keep you small. Dependent. Disconnected from the sacred power in your body.
And while we’re here — why the hell does the world think God is a man?
Women CREATE LIFE. Every single human came from a woman’s body. Men contribute sperm. Cool. Important. And you can literally buy sperm. You actually don’t need a man to do it.
But women GROW HUMANS INSIDE THEM.
So why is God “He”? Why “Father”?
Because patriarchal systems needed to justify male dominance.
If God is male, then men are “closer to God.” Men get to lead, rule, control.
But if God is female? Then women reflect the divine. And men serve.
Patriarchy couldn’t have that.
So they erased the feminine divine.
Made God male.
Made women secondary.
Helpers. Rib-born. LESS.
Biggest con in history.
Here’s what real men know: they’d rather be with a powerful woman than one who shrinks.
A woman who knows her body, claims her pleasure, isn’t afraid of her sexuality?
That’s not threatening to secure men.
That’s magnetic.
A woman in her sensual power gives men permission to be REAL. Not to perform some crap patriarchal script.
Insecure men need you small.
Secure men love you BIG. Powerful. Sexual. Unleashed.
Your power amplifies theirs.
So touch yourself.
Because your body deserves pleasure.
Learn what makes you fly. Learn how you like to be touched. Learn the sounds you make when you let go.
Claim your body as YOURS.
Not your husband’s. Not your religion’s. Not society’s.
Yours.
When you step fully into your sensual power, you remember: you are the creator of life itself. Your body carries sacred creative power.
And no patriarchal system, no man, no doctrine built on shame can take that from you.
Unless you let them.
Please share this with your sisters.
