Just finished my walk and I’m reminding you: Self-care isn’t optional right now. I don’t care how busy you are. I don’t care how much the world is falling apart. You HAVE to move your body every single day. Walk. Stretch. Dance in your kitchen. Whatever.
Here’s why:
When you move, you’re:
∙ Clearing your energy (all that doom-scrolling? GONE.)
∙ Calming your nervous system (because it’s been in fight-or-flight for months, maybe even years.)
∙ Keeping your body strong (you’re gonna need the stamina.)
We’re in the middle of a MASSIVE transition into New Earth. Systems collapsing. Truth being exposed. Chaos everywhere.
Your nervous system is TIRED. So get outside. Walk. Breathe. Move.
Let your body remember it’s SAFE. Even when the world feels insane.
This is how you stay strong.
This is how you don’t lose your shit.
