Rest Is Precious: A New Path for Women
Rest is Precious: Why the Queen’s Path is Different (and Freer) Than the World’s Frenzy
By Mama Tiff

Dear women,
I want to share a truth that is so deep and so subversive, it will challenge everything you’ve been taught about worth, rest, and what it means to be a woman in the world.
While so many women I know are rushing through their days - filling every moment with errands, obligations, achievements, and busyness - I find myself able to spend an entire Saturday in bed if I choose (I may do it today). Not because I’m lazy. Not because I have nothing to do. But because I remembered something they’ve forgotten: rest is nourishing.
The Myth of Busy
We live in a world that worships hustle. We are told that the more we do, the more we are. Women, especially, are conditioned to fill every hour, to prove themselves through exhaustion, to never stop moving.
And underneath all of that busyness is an ancient fear:
If I slow down, everything will fall apart.
The Queen’s Path is Not the World’s Path
I am here to tell you:
You don’t have to earn your right to rest.
You don’t have to hustle to earn a great life.
You are worthy, right now, exactly as you are.
The Queen’s Path is not about endless doing. It’s about remembering your throne - your place at the center of your own life. It’s about honoring your body’s wisdom, listening to your own rhythms, and allowing yourself to receive rather than always giving. The Queen rests. She lets the world come to her. She does not chase; she attracts.
When you let yourself rest, when you spend a Saturday in bed just because your body asks for it, you are not falling behind - you are claiming your own bliss. You are showing the world a new way. You are teaching your daughters, your friends, and even the lovers in your life that a woman’s value is not measured by her output, but by her presence and right to choose what’s best for herself.
Rest is not falling behind. It’s claiming your own bliss.
Why Are You Different?
Maybe you feel like you’re “too sensitive” or “not motivated enough because you have no more “fucks” to give.” Maybe you secretly long for more stillness but feel guilty even wishing for it.
I want you to know:
There is nothing wrong with you.
If anything, your desire for rest is a sign of deep wisdom. It means you are ready to live from the inside out - to embody a new way of being that is rooted in your own truth, not the demands of a broken world.
This is the Queen’s Path
This is what I teach.
This is what I live.
And if you’re ready to remember this truth - to claim your throne, to rest without guilt, to receive as the sovereign woman you are - I invite you to walk the Queen’s Path with me.
With all my love,
Mama Tiff
