Here’s the truth: you’re not supposed to know everything. But you can tune into your higher self and listen to what it’s telling you. There are also ways to take care of yourself while navigating what people call Ascension symptoms.

Our bodies are recalibrating to handle higher-frequency vibrations that are arriving rapidly. Some of the most common symptoms include:

  • Headaches or migraines

  • Dizziness

  • Gut issues

  • Joint or muscle pain

  • High-pitched ringing in your ears

  • Feeling ungrounded, spacey, or “off”

These unfamiliar sensations can be alarming. You might wonder, “Is something wrong? Should I see a doctor?” My advice: always check with your doctor to rule out anything serious. Most of the time, the doctor will say everything’s fine, even when your body is processing energetic shifts.

Some of you might even feel tremors or vibrations inside your body. That’s your system adjusting to these new frequencies... it’s literally recalibrating your genetic structure so it can handle higher light. And don’t worry, it’s happening gradually. If it all came at once, it would be too much.

Here are some powerful ways to take care of yourself during these shifts:
