Calling All Healers: Permission to Rest
Calling All Healers: Permission to Rest

To my fellow healers, empaths, visionaries, and light-bringers:
Today, I want to speak directly to your hearts—the place that still aches, even after a thousand clearings, a million prayers, and every circle of love you’ve ever built. I see you. I know what you are carrying. And the Blue has a message for you:
The Blue Transmission
Beloved ones, it is not your job to heal the whole world in one day.
The agony and horror rising now are not a sign you’ve failed. They are proof that your work has changed the world. The system is clearing itself, and your hands have already shifted the energy.
Rest, so you stay strong and hopeful. Today, you are not called to bear witness to every wound, every nightmare, every echo of suffering. Today, you are called to hold yourself.
Lay down the sword. Lay down the hyper-vigilance. Lay down the fear.
Laugh, sing, dance, or cry. This too is service. This too is sacred.
When you rest, you show the world what trust looks like. When you set the pain down, even for a day, you remind everyone that God is alive, that New Earth is seeded, and that healing has already begun.
Let yourself be ordinary today. Eat good food. Hold your babes. Breathe.
There is no punishment for rest. The Blue are holding the line. Love is tending the world. All you need to do is return to yourself.
A Permission Slip from The Blue
If you are tired, if you are overwhelmed by the latest news, the fresh wound, the endless breaking open—today, take your hands off the wound.
You have already done enough. Your healing is not measured by how much horror you can absorb, but by how deeply you can return to your own center.
Let yourself be loved by the universe you serve. Let the Blue tend to the world for a while. You are not needed on the front lines today.
Simple Practices for Healers Who Need Rest
Unplug: Log off. Don’t scroll. Let the world run without you for a few hours.
Eat something beautiful: Make it a ritual. Taste it with all your senses.
Touch the earth: Bare feet on grass, a hand on a tree, the sun on your skin.
Laugh, sing, or move: Let the energy shift. Let it be messy, real, or ridiculous.
Say out loud:
“Today, I let myself be ordinary. Today, I let myself be loved.”
If you need a sign, this is it. You have permission—from me, from the Blue.
Rest, beloved. The world will not break without you. But you are needed whole and alive for what comes next.
With love,
Mama Tiff
& the Blue, watching over all of us
